Watermelon Popsicles

There's something about summer that makes watermelon taste even sweeter, and when you turn it into popsicles, you've got a whole new level of chill. Watermelon popsicles are the ultimate warm-weather treat - light, naturally hydrating and easy to make with just two ingredients.

Whether you're lounging on the patio or chasing kids through the sprinkler, these frozen bites will keep everyone cool and smiling.

Equipment:

  • Popsicle Mould

Ingredients:

  • 6 cups cubed watermelon
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, place the watermelon and lime juice. Blend until completely smooth, then pour into popsicle moulds, leaving 1/2 inch at the top for expansion.
  2. Cover and add popsicle sticks if necessary.
  3. Freeze until set, 4 hours or overnight.
